The intention of this blog is to post reviews of various things: books, products, services, websites, you name it. It is a for-profit venture and there will be a lot of ads. That being said, we will be honest in our reviews, whether we are being compensated for the review or not.
This collection reminds me very much of the collections I grew up with. The book does offer fresh poems and stories but, it doesn’t lean so heavy on the graphics. Don’t get me wrong, the graphics are there and they are very good. Too often today we see books published that rely too much on the colorful pictures and don’t give the child anything to imagine.
If you really want to help your child stretch their imagination like kids used to do, Nanny in the Nursery is the book for you.
We like it because it talks to children about using their minds. We think this is a very refreshing and outstanding way to help your child learn to learn.
We were sent a complimentary copy of this book. We are under no obligation to write any review, positive or negative.

Most people plan all year round for how they will decorate their homes for different holiday celebrations.
Face it, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas all come so close together one has to plan far in advance to work it all out.
We ordered this Spider from the LeShop so we could plan some of our holiday decorating. Once we had this creature, we began to think of other things we could do with it. We could put a pilgrim hat on her for Thanksgiving. We could add a Santa hat for Christmas. We could dress her up like cupid for Valentines Day and put a leprechaun hat on her for Saint Patrick’s Day.
This spider is really soft, kind of like a cat. You may find yourself petting it just like you would a cat. This spider is very poseable and just plain fun.
We give this Spider from the LEShop all five stars. We anticipate loads of fun with it, like we have with Hamlet.
